As Style Council and everything releated to Paul Weller fanatics it's with immense pleasure that we welcome on Record Kicks Trio Valore the new super hip & ultra cool, jazz dance project from Steve White (Style Council, Galliano, JTQ, Paul Weller, Players), Damon Michella (Ocean Color Scene, Paul McCartney, Jimmy Page, Players) and Seamus Beaghen (almost everybody from Madness to Iggy Pop, Morrissey, Death In Vegas, Supergrass, P.P. Arnold and Babyshambles).
The first release available on 7'' and digital download from 9 June 08 is an explosive mod jazz revisitation of Miss Winehouse's smashing hit Rehab. On the flip side the groovy wicked 'Put Em Down'. The single anticipate Trio Valore full lenght debut album 'The return of the iron monkey' that will be released on Record Kicks next 6 October. Trio Valore sing a simple song, they preach a sermon of groove and carry the torch of a great legacy forward, aiming their music at the heart and the feet - a dance band in the old school style...get ready!
