From our Producer No 2 album we've selected dBridge's slo-mo d&b production "ZX81" for two very special treatments. The remixes are from <b>Shed</b> & <b>Ramadanman</b>.
Berlin's Shed is a consumate producer & engineer of techno and reknowned for his explorations into dub on labels like <b>Ostgut</b>, <b>Hardwax</b> & his own <b>Soloaction</b>. Here he works dBridge's track into a dusty, brooding piece driven by a gloriously filthy sub-bass and alleviated with an uplifiting skeewed synth breakdown. The remix blends elements of techno, dubstep & d&b in formidable fashion...Killer!
On the flip Ramadanman brings his particular warmth of production to the release with a straight up four to the floor creation. After recent heavyweight releases on <b>Hemlock</b>, <b>Aus</b> and <b>Hessle Audio</b> he once again comes correct working a typically heavy block percussive rhythm intensified by motorised keys for a true heads-down effect.
Both tracks are being favoured and played by <b>Martyn, Scuba, Peverlist, James Blake, Actress & Instra:mental</b>.
Not forgetting that we've had the vinyl mastered and cut at Berlin's Dubplates and Mastering, so you know the spirit is in the groove.
